3If you’ve ever seen the episode The Naked Time and laughed at Spock’s orange mesh space suit (where the helmet clearly isn’t attached to the body) and shaken your head at ’60s sci-fi costumes, then this post will interest you.
I believe Abrams has “rebooted” the space suit on some level. At first there was a hint of evidence, and now I give you the complete up-close-and-personal outfit. See the following pic. It comes from the new movie set. XD
For some reason, I think he looks like a copper disco ball.
