3Alright, so here’s how this works. Deadline for the bjt_bigbang story is Mar. 5th, 2011, rough draft due Feb. 1st. HOWEVER, I have a personal deadline of Jan. 29th. This post is set at that date, so expect my “counter” to remain as the utmost top post until that time.
The minimum is 20K words. I will set the counter here. If I make it, fabulous. If I surpass it, even more fabulous! I will continue to raise the bar by 10K as I pass each level. Erm… I do not expect this to happen, but if I get beyond a 50K fic length, please start flagging me with ALERTs, okay? It’s possible I may get lost or go haywire, and we all know that the point of a Big Bang is to entertain – not break the reader’s brain. :)

Oh yes, and here’s what I am writing about:
Summary: The small Dhemlan province of Ciraea harbors a band of rogues in revolt against the Province Queen. When events begin to spiral out of control, the Warlord Prince of Dhemlan must step in to assess and handle the situation—which will be unfortunate for someone because the Warlord Prince of Dhemlan is none other than Terreille’s Sadist, Prince Daemon Sadi.
Basically this baby is turning into a mini-Anne Bishop novel… No, seriously! :P With a full, fun-loving – and not so fun-loving – cast.

A long time ago, you encouraged me to continue to play and write Jaenelle. I never thanked you for that, but I plan to be your biggest cheerleader for this — when I am not writing my own.
:) I did – and still do – think that your Jaenelle is fantastic. It cannot be easy, writing/playing a character that Anne has only shown through the eyes of others. You do Jaenelle justice. I will definitely be cheering you on too. :D ‘Cause Daemonar will be in your fic (right?) and that reeks of automatic WIN! I love me some snarly Eyrien males.
Good luck to you. I think this will be a great experience for you; and I’m so glad to see you expanding your field! While I know nothing on the fandom I will be vastly cheering you on. Go team!
