One of my fandom friends, smudley, is fighting to survive. She is the bravest person I know, not to mention the kindest, most creative, smartest, and undoubtedly one of the most wonderful people in the world. smudley, I don’t care that we don’t know each other in person, just talking with you over fandom things and meeting you in WordWars is like having warm sunshine greet you when your days have been nothing but rainy and dull. You’ve made an impact in my life, dear.
I want you to keep your spirits up. I want to help you keep your spirits up. So this post is to do exactly that.
To my other fandom friends and smudley‘s friends I don’t know, please help me give a little brightness back to her life.
Comment here with anything you want that is inspirational, cheerful, heart-felt, humorous to make her laugh. Memories or fun ficlets or pics of Jim and Bones – a personal gift – it all counts!
Please let her know that you are thinking about her. Thank you.

Oh, sweetie. You just can’t seem to catch a break, can you? Sorry I haven’t been around as much to say hey and shared with you the madness that is fandom a la LJ. I want you to know I’m thinking of you–thinking of how stupidly talented you are, how smart, how tough, how upbeat, how much you’re an inspiration to us all. You hang in there. This too shall pass. And when it does, Starsky and Hutch, Jim and Bones, and all the rest of the pretty boys and girls will be waiting for you. XO
{{big hugs}} you’re so amazing. thank you, hon, this means the world.
Smudley love, You have such a gift for feedback. I hate sitting here without words for you, for your sweetness and strength, when you’ve given me precious encouragement time and time again. You’re amazing. Be blessed, darling.
{{big hugs}} you’re miraculous. thank you, hon, very very much.
