Courtesy of yours truly, here is the download for comics 13 and 14. I thought if I should share any two of the comic series, it should be these.

In this post, I did a review of comics 1 through 16. In particular, 13 and 14 give no spoilers away (for those of you to whom it matters) in regards to the upcoming movie. They are quite simply made to be backstory/insight into the AOS universe. I think we could all benefit from that. (No knowledge of TOS necessary!)

Summary:
#13 – The Redshirt – Meet Cupcake and learn why he – and men and women like him – are proud to serve Starfleet despite the dangers of being a “redshirt”.
#14 – Keenser – There’s more to Scotty’s little friend than meets the eye. Discover how he came to be a Starfleet officer and more importantly how he feels about his work on the Enterprise.
