*headdesk*
I am so restless right now.
Y’all know by now that I write like clock-work (most of the time). It’s become somewhat of a cross between a hobby and a diurnal activity. I like writing. I ENJOY writing.
Today… Ugh.
I’ve written little scene snippets that are festering rather than growing. I think my brain is filled with sawdust.
Any tips for cleaning it out?
*repeated headdesk*
(Yeah, that’s not helping…)

‘Course it’s also possible that I am running out of creative juice. <-- This I refuse to acknowledge, despite the obvious fact that I just wrote the words down.

Sometimes you have to walk away from the writing. Read, or write something, someone else. Then, if that doesn’t work, turn it around, look at your scene, what you’re trying to write from a different POV. I don’t know if any of that will help, but it sometimes does for me. *hugs* WN
Best way I know how is to do something completely different. It’s like a mental cleanser. Helps to refresh your brain. You just need to do a new activity, even if it’s to write something else.
