Right now, I’m ending my Sunday night by watching a TOS episode – at the moment, Dagger of the Mind. Is it unreasonable that I start giggling as soon as I see the trio on the Bridge at the same time? Oh and here comes my favorite part! McCoy puts his foot down and makes Kirk stop his fanboy-ing of the great Dr. Adams. See, Jim? You ought to listen to Bones! XD
Hot Topic of the Day, courtesy of a Vulcan:
Spock: Interesting. Your Earth people glorified organized violence for forty centuries but you imprisoned those who employed it privately.
McCoy: And of course your people found an answer.
Spock: We disposed of emotion. Where there is no emotion, there is no motive for violence.
BTW, all villains need to watch out for the Vulcan. Said-Vulcan has a tendency to sneak up from behind and deliver a nerve pinch. Especially when he looks innocuous.

Oh yes, sneaky Vulcan. ^_^ Heehee, one of my favorite TOS moments is that double surprise nerve pinch from whatever that episode is where Kirk says that he and Spock are brothers and the psychotic villain of the week is like lolwhut.
One of my favorite TOS!Spock scenes is when he punches a guard after seeing how they’d brainwashed Leonard. So much for non-violence.
I know! Spock is so contradictory; mostly though he likes to get on his high horse about being a Vulcan, all the while refusing to acknowledge that he is still half human. Then again, around Kirk, one would eventually pick up a habit of punching people! :)
